Shipping methods
Depending on product type, weight, urgency and restrictions, we may arrange air, sea or another suitable route. The selected method and estimate are confirmed with you.
Shipping and customs charges
Source catalog prices do not automatically include international freight, duty, tax, local handling or last-mile delivery. Known charges are shown in the quote or communicated when actual weight and customs classification are available.
Delivery estimates
Retail delivery commonly targets 5–7 days from China after order confirmation where that service is available, but every timeline is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Sea, bulk, restricted or customs-held shipments take longer.
Customs inspection
Authorities may inspect, open, hold, assess or reject shipments. Interlynk will assist with available documentation, but official decisions, duties and inspection delays remain outside our control.
Delivery and collection
Keep your contact and delivery details current. Check packaging at handoff where possible and report visible loss or damage promptly with order details, photos and an unboxing video.
