Our service

Interlynk is an independent sourcing and trading service. We help locate products, confirm supplier availability, arrange QC and coordinate delivery from China to Bangladesh. We are not affiliated with Alibaba Group or its marketplaces.

Quotes and product information

Catalog prices, images, specifications and availability may come from third-party suppliers and are estimates until our team confirms them. Your final quote may include product, sourcing, shipping, duty and other disclosed charges.

Orders and approval

• An order begins after our confirmation and receipt of the stated advance, normally 60%.
• You are responsible for checking product, variation, quantity, address and quote details before approval.
• The usual 40% balance and any confirmed outstanding charge become due after QC approval and before dispatch or delivery, as stated in your order.

QC scope

QC is a reasonable visual and functional check based on the agreed requirements; it is not a laboratory test, certification or manufacturer warranty. Your approval of QC media confirms acceptance of visible characteristics shown.

Restricted products

We may reject or cancel requests involving illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, sanctioned or transport-restricted goods. Customers must not use the service unlawfully.

Timing and third parties

Delivery windows are estimates. Supplier, carrier, customs, weather and regulatory delays can occur outside our direct control; we will provide available updates and reasonable assistance.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Interlynk is not responsible for indirect losses or third-party delays. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support first so we can investigate any dispute in good faith.
